Abacus POS Hardware Bundle for customers that need a single Register and want to set up Abacus themselves.  

The Bundle includes:

1 x iPad 10.2 inch (October 2019 release - new larger size) 32GB WiFi Only

1 x iPad VPos Stand 

1 x Epson TM-T82III (Oct 2019 release) Thermal Printer (longer life, fastest print speed)

1 x 5 Note Cash Drawer

1 x POS Controller / Router (to create a dedicated POS network for reliability)

1 x 24 Rolls of Thermal Paper

1 x Ethernet Cable for Printer

**your subscription will start from the 1st of the month after you started using Abacus - single POS subscription is $69 ex GST per month ongoing which includes On-line Chat support from the Abacus team**

The iPad will have Abacus installed on it, and be configured to work with the POS Controller and Printer, ready for you to teach yourself Abacus and setup your products with the assistance of the online Abacus Help Documentation. 

Bundle Price is based on pick up from our North Perth Office, freight extra.

To accept credit card payments you will need to arrange a Merchant Account with either Westpac, Tyro, NAB or use a Square Reader if you want to offer integrated payments with Abacus.

Optional items:

1) WiFi enable the Printer (if the POS Controller/Router can't be placed under your counter) for $129 inc GST

2) Upgrade to the Heckler iPad Stand - $69 inc GST

3) Hour Basic Setup and Training Session in our office - $330 inc GST

4) 7-7pm / 7 Days Emergency Telephone, and Email Support provided locally by Cloudifi in Perth - $396 inc GST per annum (under $1 a day ex GST).

Please Note:

The bundle pricing and optional items are applicable only to basic SINGLE POS Register installations.

This bundle does not include any other configuration or setup of Abacus, On-Site Installation, Menu build, or Training by Cloudifi consultants. These services are available if required at extra cost.

Typically a full menu build, configuration of the POS, setup on-site (Perth Metro) including basic front of house and back office training in-store is $990 inc GST for a single register in addition to the single POS hardware bundle price of $1299 inc GST.

Our basic single register cafe POS solution, hardware configured, menu programmed for you, setup in store and with training on front of house and back office, and 12 months telephone and email support from Cloudifi would therefore cost $2685 inc GST.
